Collaboration is at the heart of our vision. The original Camerata of the Renaissance was a group of musicians, poets, dramatists and intellectuals that met under the patronage of Count Giovanni de' Bardi to discuss and explore collaborations across the arts. Their events had a reputation for providing lavish entertainment and attracting the most famous and influential people of the time as guests.
The Manning Camerata brings together some of the UK’s most outstanding musicians, and creates creative collaborations that go beyond the traditional music territory. As well as working with the great musicians, the group is partnering with some of the most brilliant cultural figures of our time. |
