More dates added to Burial at Thebes October 2008 Manning Camerata's Liverpool production of Dominique Le Gendre's musical treatment of Heaney's Burial at Thebes has been offered co-productions with Shakespeare's Globe and the Onassis Programme of Oxford University. Alina Cojocaru and Friends 7 May 2008 Manning Camerata provides music for world-renowned Romanian ballerina Alina Cojocaru, principal of The Royal Ballet, who is joined by fellow Royal Ballet principal dancer Johan Kobborg in a charity gala evening in support of Hospices of Hope.The programme includes Tim Rushton's celebrated choreography of L’apres-midi d’un faune, popular classical highlights and a world premiere piece by Kim Brandstrup.
Shhh... Secret Cinema ongoing Manning Camerata collaborates with Future Shorts on Secret Cinema events. Our first collaboration was at the Royal Academy as part of London Fashion Week. Our Brass scored a contemporary dance piece based on themes from the evening's film, Funny Face. The Louvre, Paris 13 March 2007 Manning Camerata delivers its first performance in France, with an exclusive concert held at the Musée du Louvre in Paris. The event is a private evening for invited guests, and represents the launch of the Manning Camerata’s relationship with Barclays Capital. Barclays Sponsorship Spring 2007 Barclays Capital has now become sponsors of Manning Camerata.
