The Manning Camerata is appointing a number of Associate Artists, forging relationships with creative and artistic visionaries. Dominique Le Gendre is one such artist and the Camerata is now busy commissioning new works from her for performances in the coming months.

Trinidad-born composer Dominique Le Gendre is an Associate Artist at the Royal Opera House, one of the first females ever to achieve this accolade. She is one of the rising young stars of the musical world and the performances of her chamber opera "Bird of Night" created much attention at its recent debut at the Royal Opera House. Dominique's music combines musical influences that embrace her early routes along with the classical tradition.
